SHIPPING RELATED QUESTIONS:

I only received part of my order, is my order split into two packages?

Yes, in some specific cases we split your order into two packages. Please check your email for shipping confirmations and the associated tracking numbers.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on the shipping option selected at checkout. Generally it's faster within domestic USA with cheap express shipping options (1-3 business days) available. Internationally, shipping can take up to 5-10 business days and in rare cases 10-20 business days.

Customs can also delay the arrival of your package.

Estimated shipping times do not include fulfillment time which is in general 1-5 business days. 

Where is my order?

Please check the tracking number attached to your shipping confirmation email(s).

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do ship worldwide. We want to make sure you can rep being inbetween no matter where you are.

What are customs and who pays them?

You may have to pay customs depending on where your order is being delivered to. Customs are like a tax that is determined by the country that you're in and will apply for all products being imported into your country's borders. We are not responsible for the customs that you might be charged for when ordering internationally.

Can I change the shipping address?
If your order hasn't been fulfilled yet and hasn't been shipped please contact us ASAP through the contact page. We may be able to change your order.

Can I change my shirt size or switch an item after the order is placed?
As long as your order hasn't been fulfilled yet and hasn't been shipped yet, you can request a change to be made. Please contact us ASAP through the contact page and we may be able to change the order.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS:

Do you take refunds/ returns/ exchanges?

Every order is made-to-order (made only after you order) so we don't offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

However, if your product is defective or damaged in any way, we will replace the product for you, free of charge. Please refer to our returns page for more information on how to file a defective product return.
