SHIPPING RELATED QUESTIONS:

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on the shipping option selected at checkout. Internationally, shipping can take up to 8-15 business days and in rare cases 10-25 business days. 

Estimated shipping times do not include fulfillment time which is in general 2-3 business days. 

Where is my order?

Please check the tracking number attached to your shipping confirmation email(s).

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do ship worldwide. Wear culture from wherever you are.

What are customs and who pays them?

You may have to pay customs depending on where your order is being delivered to. Customs are like a tax that is determined by the country that you're in and will apply for all products being imported into your country's borders. We are not responsible for the customs that you might be charged for when ordering internationally.

What currency is the store using? 

The store currency is USD.

Can I change the shipping address?
If your order hasn't been fulfilled yet and hasn't been shipped please contact us ASAP through the contact page. We may be able to change your order.

Can I change my shirt size or switch an item after the order is placed?
As long as your order hasn't been fulfilled yet and hasn't been shipped yet, you can request a change to be made. Please contact us ASAP through the contact page and we may be able to change the order.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS:

Do you take refunds/ returns/ exchanges?

Orders are final sale and we do not offer refunds/ exchanges. This is because your product is custom made when you place your order.

However, if your product is defective or damaged in any way, we will replace the product for you, free of charge. Please refer to our returns page for more information on how to file a defective product return.
